it is even more impressive in person. can't quite capture the geometrical interaction between the 2 houses with my poor photo skills. don't want to intrude the owner's privacy either.
the rear of the house is even more interesting.

Craftsman - South West - After
The rear addition is a two- story composition of decks, trellis elements, and sliding glass designed to modulate the intense southern light. Elements from this addition, such as the trellis elements, filter their way back into the existing house, connecting the old to the new.
